See the people
you love.

Gather makes it effortless to find times that work, create plans, and actually follow through — with the people who matter.

Features

Everything you need to actually hang out

No back-and-forth, no group-chat chaos. Just the people you care about and the times you're both free.

Availability windows

Share when you're free so friends instantly see the best times to meet — no scheduling polls required.

Event creation

Spin up an event with a title, place, and time. Invite friends from your circle and see who's in at a glance.

Friend connections

Build your circle and see who's actually free. Gather shows real availability so plans actually happen.

Smart notifications

A gentle nudge for invites, friend requests, and updates — so you never miss a plan or leave one hanging.

Privacy & your data

Calendars stay private, by design

Gather accounts are created through Apple Sign In. Calendar integrations are entirely optional and exist only to find when you and your friends are free.

For all three calendar providers, Gather requests the minimum read-only access needed to show your availability. We read only free/busy time intervals — never event titles, descriptions, locations, or attendees.
